Really?

really? reallllly? is it THAT hard to get a scale that gives you an accurate number? the scale i have now is really putting a damper on this weight loss thing. i get on and it gives me one number, i get off and back on....and it gives me a different one....as many as 6 different readings in a 30 second time period. and not just a few ounces or a pound...as much as 5 lbs.....yes, i know my weight tends to yo-yo, but not like THAT.

this is one of the times i wish that i actually had READERS of my blog....i need recommendations! where do i get such a scale?

I recently bought a WEight Watchers digital scale from Costco, it seems very accurate. To the .1 of a pound, and gives me the same reading every time.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm adding you to my google reader, let's support each other!

(I also have a WW scale & have found it to be pretty accurate compared to the scale at my doc's office)

Well, 3 times a charm! I was going to suggest a WW scale! lol Unfortunately, I don't have one, but I am seriously considering getting one. Like you, I'm afraid my scale is not being honest with me and it's really starting to piss me off! lol

Hey, I just checked and I have one like Lindsay. It's a digital one and Taylor is the name brand. I bought mine at Walmart though. And it's very old. Like, probably 6 or 7 years. I don't like that it only does 0.5 increments. I like that the WW one shows you every little ounce! lol

I love the one I have, it's digital. I usually step on it three times, just to make sure it's reading right. I'd say 95% of the time it's great.
